2020 Season Program Offerings

The Addison United Soccer Club schedule is meant to have games at our level and games above our standard.  It is important to keep this in perspective and focus on the development of your child and the team.  It is important that our Club is not only put into tournaments and leagues in which they can win but that they are challenged with tougher experiences as well that meets the players and teams goals. The challenge of more difficult opponents should be welcomed and encouraged.  Part of this encouragement as parents understands that the team may not always win every game, and sometimes watching the players and team improve is just as, if not more important.

We learn valuable lessons each soccer season…  After much feedback from parents, players, and coaches, AUSC continually develops its program to best fit our soccer community.

***Note: The US Soccer Federation has put out new rules for age groups for starting the 2016-17 season and beyond.   Age groups will now be based on Calendar Birth Year as per the new US Soccer guidelines and adopted by the Vermont Soccer Association.  Age Destinations

Futsal:

Futsal is a 5v5 indoor game played at the Far Post indoor facility – THE BEST TURF. COMPETITIVE & PROFESSIONAL, VSA-SANCTIONED LEAGUES. CERTIFIED REFEREES. WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. SEATING FOR SPECTATORS.  Far Post’s indoor leagues are the most fun, competitive, and professionally-run indoor soccer leagues around. More than 100 teams play in 14 different leagues each session. Teams are 7-10 players allowing for substitutes. Games are 2/25 min and are held once a week for 7 weeks. Our 5v5 futsal format is a fantastic development tool and provides players with up to 6 times as many touches on the ball as they would get in a traditional soccer game.  It is a fast, fun game that is great for team building and foot skills.

Session III at the Far Post indoor facility is included for all U14-19 players.

Schedule:  Will be posted shortly for the 2020 season
